When we have finalised your memorial piece, an order summary and invoice  will be emailed to you.

When payment has been received, your paint slot will be booked and you will receive a pack in the mail with everything you need, including something to place your ashes in and a prepaid envelope to return them to me.

Ashes are very carefully stored. I only work on one painting at a time and adhere to a strict process so as to avoid painting contamination and any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished piece.
 

I aim to have your order ready in approximately 2-4 weeks after receipt of ashes depending on it’s size, complexity and drying times.
