I am so touched by my wonderful painting of Mindy.
It's so detailed and really captures her. Mindy turned up on our doorstep unexpectedly when she was intentionally abandoned by her owners when they moved.
She found us, chose us and soon became a much loved part of our family. Me and my boys miss her terribly and to see this beautiful painting of her in our home, as we go about our day, makes us remember her in a happy way.
It's amazing what you do Elaine - thank you x

“The thought and the meaning that went into the painting is as beautiful as the picture itself.

I feel so happy every time it catches my eye. It's a glorious tribute to my mother.”

“My mother really loved her garden. Poppies have a very special meaning for me and I am really touched that they were incorporated into my painting.
It is clear that Elaine really cares about her work and the people that are being remembered in her beautiful paintings.

Elaine is such a talented artist.
Her art incorporates our fur babies into a lasting memory and that is truly wonderful.

The art work I received is stunning.

Bynx was captured perfectly and I'm so in love with the fact that a little bit of Bynx will always be within Elaine's amazing art work.

“ I commissioned Elaine to create a sea inspired picture to commemorate my mother whose ashes were scattered at the beach near her home.
Looking at my gorgeous painting reminds me of her and I absolutely love it, I am really glad I have had it done.”

I feel very fortunate to have stumbled across an article in The Guardian about Elaine's memorial art.
I now have two wonderful paintings to celebrate my parents' lives, leaving me happy to scatter their ashes.
I wanted paintings that were a bit different from those that appear on her website - and what I got were absolutely perfect for me.
I mentioned certain colours and 'abstract' and we had some conversations, then I just trusted that she would create something wonderful, and she did. I couldn't be happier.
